FREE Rank Advancement

Your Pack or Troop can earn FREE Cloth Rank Advancement in 2010. Here’s how.

January – June 2010

To receive Free Cloth Rank Advancement* – January 1 through June 30, 2010 you must achieve the following.

·         Pack or Troop fully participates in the 2009 Fall Popcorn Sale

·         Have a gain of +1 in Youth and Adult Membership over December 19, 2008

·         Have your Charter Renewal submitted by December 19, 2009

·         Qualify for the Centennial Quality Unit Award and have the form signed and turned in

·         Sign up for a 2010 Friends of Scouting Presentation between December 1, 2009 and April 30, 2010

July 1 – December 31, 2010

To receive Free Cloth Rank Advancement* – July 1 through December 18, 2010 you must achieve the following.

·         Hold a Spring Recruitment event by May 30, 2010.

·         Have a gain of +1 in Youth and Adult Membership over June 30, 2009.

·         Your Troop must be registered for Summer Camp at Seven Mountains Scout Camp in 2010   Packs must have Scouts registered for Day Camp or Webelos Resident Camp in 2010

·         Have held a Friends of Scouting Family Presentation by April 30, 2010 with at least 50% of families contributing

* Free Cloth Rank Advancements include Tiger Cub (# 80369), Bobcat (# 00370), Wolf (# 00371), Bear (# 00374), Webelos (# 00043 or oval #80375), and Arrow of Light (# 00044), Scout (# 00415), Tenderfoot (# 00416), Second Class (# 00417), First Class (# 00418), Star (# 00419), and Life (# 00450).

An Advancement Form must be submitted at the time of purchasing and only for the Scouts listed.
